How We Started
Luxe Estate Management was founded by me, Kristen Castano. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. I have experience in all aspects of real estate from residential sales and rentals, running an investment office, running a title company, listing and managing foreclosure properties for banks, dealing with all types of buyers, sellers and tenants. You name it in real estate and I have been there, done that. Something that is a passion of mine, besides real estate, is taking care of other people. So it came to me one day after talking with a friend about her house nanny business, that I can combine my two passions. Taking care of PEOPLE'S real estate. Managing people's homes who only live here seasonally and leave it vacant half of the year is a perfect combination, not to mention I am good at it. I am detail oriented, efficient, cost conscious, loyal and trustworthy. All of these which I believe are key qualities in someone you are trusting with one of your biggest assets.
